Attend this three week class to learn how to find calm and safety in the whirlwind of your daily life. We will learn different tools for
helping your body shift from anxious energy into a more calm, centered place. We will also learn about the freeze response and how to shift out of overwhelm. This is an in person class held in Deer River, MN on Jan 30th, Feb 6th and Feb 13th from 6:00-7:30pm.
