Hi ,
Happy New Year
2023 has slipped away and 2024 is here whether we are ready or not. The new year is a
great time to reflect on the prior year and to consider what we want to carry forward into the new year. Sometimes we have baggage that we don't want or need to carry forward.
"Being Who I Want To Be" Workshop
I am offering a Saturday workshop on January
20th from 9:30am-11:30am at my space in the Old Central School in Grand Rapids. Do you feel like you're living the life you truly want? It's easy to lose sight of who we really want to be in the chaos of everyday life. My workshop aims to help you identify and overcome the barriers that are keeping you from becoming the person you want to be. You can register here or send me an email that you intend to come.
Here is a link to the flyer.
2023
Reflections
You might pause for a bit and reflect on 2023. What are the things you feel good about? It has been a year of growth and transition for me. Growth often brings challenges that can feel more difficult to be with.
2024 Thoughts
What do you want to feel more of in the coming year? As you consider what you feel good about from 2023, are there things you want to feel more of? I anticipate more growth for myself, more stepping out into spaces that felt too hard to be in before.
The end of 2023 was challenging as my father passed away and I stopped promoting my classes and workshops. I am planning to get back into these over the next few months. What would you be interested in?

I am also offering 1:1 coaching services which includes NeuroAffective Touch.
What is NeuroAffective Touch?
Our bodies hold our experiences all the way back to what happened in early childhood and often even in utero. NeuroAffective Touch uses comfort and nurturing to help the body learn to let go of the bracing and
tension patterns that cause pain and discomfort. You can find more details on my website.
