Dream Workshop Reflections: July 1st Session

My recent Dream Tending Workshop was a truly meaningful gathering. I’m always moved by the wisdom and curiosity participants bring to this work. Here are a few reflections, shared anonymously, that capture the spirit of our time together:

• “My dreams aren't just about 'me'—my parts can use dreams as a way to communicate with me. My parts can be affected by our dreams and have insights, worries, thoughts to share with me about our dreams.”
• “There is so much possibility for understanding and resolution in working with dream symbols.”
• “Now I have some tools to process my dreams while paying attention to my somatic experience & parts showing up without worrying about the 'worst case scenario!'”
• “For me, it’s more like creating a story with the images, and it’s like, how it started, what was happening, the middle, how the repair happened, and then the end of the story – and it was a different outcome… I rewrote the story!”

This is a practical, relatable introduction to parts work in dream tending.

Dream Compass Circle – August 11th, 6pm Central Time

For those ready to go deeper, the Dream Compass Circle is an intimate, live (and unrecorded) group for exploring dreams somatically. We’ll use body-based practices, witness live dreamwork, and share insights in a trauma-informed space.
