Reflecting on September: Rest, Renewal, and Deeper Learning
As October settles in, I find myself reflecting on the past month—a season marked by both profound learning and intentional rest. I recently completed the final section of advanced training for my Somatic Experiencing program, a journey that spanned 2.5 years and 36 days of immersive study. This training has deepened my ability to hold space for others, allowing me to support you in even
more meaningful ways.
Early September also offered me a rare gift: time away by the ocean, living on what my friend Heather calls "island time." Stepping back from daily pressures, I was reminded how essential it is to truly rest and recharge. I invite you to pause and reflect: What parts of you show up when you consider taking time to rest? What might you discover if you allowed yourself that space?
Find Your Inner Calm: Final Workshop in the Series – October 18th
My in-person series, Find Your Inner Calm, wraps up on October 18th with a workshop from 9:30–11am in Grand Rapids, MN. Throughout this series, we've explored our nervous system states and practiced tools to create real shifts in how we meet stress and overwhelm. Whether you’ve attended a previous session or are joining for the first
time, you’re welcome to save your seat for the final workshop.
Befriend Your Story: November & December Online Sessions
I'm excited to share that Befriend Your Story—my experiential online workshop—continues to grow. The October session is nearly full, but there are still spots available for November and December on Zoom:
