Recognizing the Struggle: From Overwhelm to Clarity
In our first series, we began with the honest work of recognizing the struggle. Many arrived feeling stuck, burdened by overwhelm, or frozen by old patterns. Through gentle somatic mapping and parts work, we learned to notice our body’s signals, move from frozen states into active engagement, and anchor ourselves in
safety. The clarity that emerged was profound—participants discovered that even small moments of presence could shift their entire internal landscape.
Questioning the Status Quo: Letting Go of the “Shoulds”
Building on that foundation, our second series invited us to question the “shoulds” and societal expectations that often keep us from our true selves. Together, we explored the exhaustion that comes from striving for change in the wrong places, and the
relief that comes when we allow ourselves to be supported. The feedback has been deeply moving—many shared that this small, safe container offered the missing piece in their healing journey, a place to witness their parts without judgment or pressure.
What Participants Are Saying
The feedback from those who have walked this path has been deeply moving. Participants have shared that this small, safe container provided
the missing piece in their healing journey—a place where they could witness their parts without judgment. Many have reported a significant decrease in reactive behaviors, a new ability to maintain presence during challenging transitions, and a monumental shift in how they relate to their own bodies. Others have found that by simply naming their parts and bringing them into a relational space, the weight they have been carrying has
lightened, making room for genuine curiosity and peace.
This journey is about more than just "getting better." It’s about building a relationship with yourself rooted in compassion, authenticity, and profound inner safety. If you’ve been feeling that something is missing or longing to move from surviving to living with genuine curiosity and peace, I warmly invite you to join us.
We start next week on April 8th, this is your last
change to enroll for this cohort. I might open this again next fall, but it will likely be next year before I start another cohort. This is a unique opportunity to step into a nurturing space, tend to your inner landscape, and discover the wisdom within your own story.
